Team Cvrry, winners of the ADM x NTUitive Plant-Based Perfection Challenge 2021

FST is proud to announce that Teo Shi Qi and her team, comprising of Chua Ding En and Khoo Guo Chin, emerged as the winner at ADM x NTUitive Plant-Based Perfection Challenge 2021. Team Cvrry formulated a plant-based Chicken Curry Puff during the challenge. Wrapped in a crispy vegan pastry delicately and deliciously, the puff contains spiced up plant-based chicken and curried potatoes. Beyond taste, it also serves up quality nutrition, enriched with protein and is low in saturated fat.

“From the challenge, we were able to explore how different types of plant-based protein and flavourings can be incorporated in a product. We also proposed business concepts for our product launch. This challenge was definitely an eye-opener and enriching experience into the plant-based food industry for me.” – Teo Shi Qi
