Group news

We are passionate about advancing food science by decoding the molecular secrets of bioactive compounds and developing sustainable food innovations. Our research spans bioactive natural compounds chemistry chemistry, cultivated meat engineering, 3D food bioprinting, and upcycling of agrifood side-streams into nutraceuticals and functional foods. We welcome motivated students and researchers to join our interdisciplinary journey at the interface of chemistry, biology, and food technology.
