I am currently looking for a post-doc that would like to work in my lab under the Singapore National Academy of Science fellowship.
Project information: There are two projects to work on. (i) We are interested to determine if we can valorize spent mushroom substrate by extracting bioactive compounds from it. Target compounds include ergothioneine (ii) We are seeking to improve the functionality of commercially available plant protein isolates.
Training will be provided for both projects. This research fellow is expected to pickup skills in the area of analytical chemistry particularly LC-MS/MS.
